What is the AppraisalTrac® Application?

The AppraisalTrac application is a hosted collateral services workflow management system designed for use by lenders and loan originators.

AppraisalTrac technology is private-labeled and can be customized to fit your unique business rules. It is a web-centric solution that makes it possible for all parties involved in the collateral services fulfillment process to access real-time information and collaborate via the Internet.

The AppraisalTrac application is a third generation workflow system. Predecessors of the AppraisalTrac application have been in use at one of the nation's largest banks. Our previous experience with similar applications places us at the head of the technology class.

The only requirement to implement and use AppraisalTrac technology is access to the Internet and a compatible web browser.
