Q. What is included in the AppraisalTrac hosted implementation?

A. The hosted implementation of the AppraisalTrac solution includes all the IT infrastructure to implement the AppraisalTrac solution for your organization. Please contact us for detailed specifications.

Q. How long does it take to implement a private-labeled hosted implementation of the AppraisalTrac solution?

A. We can have your implementation of the AppraisalTrac solution in production in as little as a couple of weeks, depending on the level of customizations and our scheduled workload.

Q. What report formats can be delivered through my AppraisalTrac system?

A. AppraisalTrac technology supports the secure transmission of PDF files as well as native appraisal file formats (ACI, a la mode, Appraiser's Toolbox, Day One, SFREP, etc.), invoice files and review notes.

Q. Can transaction data be exported from our AppraisalTrac implementation into our local database, spreadsheet or loan origination system?

A. Yes. Banks and Lending Institutions, using the AppraisalTrac system as their management solution, can download their transaction data in either tab or comma-delimited format or as a Microsoft Access database. This provides our Clients access to the raw data which they can import into their MIS system, database or spreadsheet. This raw data can be used to perform custom ad hoc reporting and analysis.
