AppraisalTrac® technology can be integrated with your LOS via XML or other interface methods. It can accept 1003/Desktop Underwriter files as well. This allows vendors and clients to avoid redundant data entry through the export/import of 1003 information.

AppraisalTrac customization currently offers integration with Automated Valuation Models from Basis100 and DataQuick/FreddieMac.

To assist your appraiser community, the AppraisalTrac system offers interfaces with appraisal form-fill software vendors. Appraisers can interact directly with your AppraisalTrac site from within their favorite appraisal software.

Custom integration is also available with your Title, Flood, and Credit vendors.
