Dattar Systems Announces New AppraisalTrac® Turnkey Solution	Feb 28, 2002

CONCORD, CA – February 28, 2002 – Dattar Systems, Inc., a provider of information technology solutions, announced today the general availability of the turnkey implementation of the AppraisalTrac® solution. AppraisalTrac is a business process and workflow application for processing collateral services associated with real estate lending transactions.

The turnkey implementation of AppraisalTrac is targeted at lenders who prefer to acquire and retain technology solutions internally. Lenders with available IT resources can now eliminate the usage-based fees typically associated with web enabled workflow solutions. The AppraisalTrac application leverages industrial strength platform design to achieve both reliability and scalability enabling successful small and large-scale implementations.
