Dattar Systems Teams with DataQuick® Information Systems to Integrate Freddie Mac® Home Value Explorer(SM) with AppraisalTrac™	Sep 05, 2001

CONCORD, CA - September 5, 2001 - Dattar Systems, Inc., an e-commerce solution provider, announced today the integration of AppraisalTrac™, its web-based collateral services workflow application, and Freddie Mac® Home Value Explorer (SM) provided by DataQuick® Information Systems.

The integration enables AppraisalTrac, used by lenders and appraisal companies to improve workflow, to seamlessly interface with the HVE (SM) valuation model provided by DataQuick. This new interface allows AppraisalTrac clients access to Freddie Mac's proprietary valuation tool as one of their AppraisalTrac workflow options.
