Dattar Systems and AppraisalTrac® In the News

CONCORD, CA - December 4, 2001 - Dattar Systems, Inc., a provider of information technology solutions, announced today the successful integration of AppraisalTrac™ with Calyx Point, the dominant market leader in front-end mortgage processing software.

The AppraisalTrac interface will allow Point users to order collateral services, such as AVM's and Appraisals, from within the Point software. The interface benefits both Point users and AppraisalTrac clients. AppraisalTrac clients will be able to have their services listed on the Calyx Point menu, exposing them to a wider audience of potential clients. Point users will no longer have to exit the program to order services from an AppraisalTrac client.

"The interface between Point and AppraisalTrac makes it possible to start and complete the appraisal ordering process in less time than it takes to print and fax a request. Another advantage of being part of the Preferred Point Partner program is that there is no transaction fees charged to either party for using the interface between the two systems.
